In over 20 years of listening to business management, team leadership and goal achievement speakers I have never before enjoyed working with an individual as engaging as Dan McArthur. What Dan and InsideOut Impact have been able to provide for myself and my team is nothing short of remarkable. When we were first introduced to Dan we had just completed the sale of our two hotels. We were in the middle of converting hotel brands, closing one hotel, laying off 173 of our management, and replacing key executive positions who chose to stay with our previous owners.
