Partnering with You in the Workplace

A hybrid between consulting and coaching, you will benefit from more than just a person on the other end of phone, you will have the benefit of a coaching professional with over 25 years of experience addressing the most perplexing organizational challenges, partnering with you in person, on the phone and in the workplace.

Fatigue, frustration and isolation are just a few ways to describe the life of a busy executive. It seems as if the better you perform the more you are rewarded with new professional dilemmas and personal pressures. With focused education in psychology, organizational management and leadership along with Dan’s specialized work with family businesses, he is uniquely qualified to coach equally from the business and family perspectives. All top leaders know, the demands of the workplace can create painful challenges at work, in the family and in the heart of the busy professional. Dan will walk alongside, supporting, empowering and encouraging the whole person in achievement of the most important goals.

The Value of Coaching?

It is a matter of focus. The difference between a light bulb and a spot light is the focus of the light. You have many wonderful personal qualities as well as professional skills. Coaching will simply help you to focus your energy behind your most important goals and help you to achieve them much faster than if you worked alone.

Another key in coaching is accountability. Accountability is the process of inviting another person(s) to help you to be and do the things that you are most committed to. It is humbling to recognize that you, like everyone else, have a way of allowing life to crowd out some of our most important goals. Coaching is like car-pooling to your most important location on time and with some energy left over.

Speed is the final factor. This is the key benefit to coaching. Having another qualified person committed to your success and willing to support you through brain-storming, problem solving and innovation is immensely helpful. Two heads really are better than one. A qualified coach will have spent thousands of hours supporting other professionals in circumstances similar to yours and YOU will benefit from the combined experience and training.

A minimum six month coaching agreement is a recommended time-frame for some measurable progress to be reached. Both the coach and the coaching client enter into a written covenant agreement (not a legal contract) so that the expectations are clear.

In this intensifying environment of growing pressure and shrinking margins, those who can steadily increase their value to the organization ensure their long-term satisfaction and success. Helping you reduce stress and increase your effectiveness and value to the organization will be the laser focus of this coaching process.
